October 22, 2021 Faculty member Matthew Luken is currently helping U.S. Bank create a system more accessible to those with disabilities and help make sure that the mobile app is accessible to all customers regardless of any disability. Luken joined U.S. Bank five years ago and now works as the bank's User Experience Director. Luken and his team are helping U.S. Bank develop systems such as voice assistance to create a hands-free experience and zooming text for those with vision impairments. They continue to go forward and keep working on new features to make banking with U.S. Bank a more inclusive experience for those with disabilities.
