Minneapolis Ranks Third Best City in the U.S. for Work-Life Balance

According to a report by Elevate Leadership, Minneapolis ranks the third-best city in the United States for work-life balance based on criteria such as labor force, commute times, housing affordability, entertainment, and more. 

Minneapolis’s balance between its strong job market and abundant recreation and entertainment options allows for a proper work-life balance. Minneapolis ranks fourth best city in the U.S. for labor force participation based on unemployment data from the U.S. Census Bureau’s most recent ACS dataset while ranking in the top fifteen for the fewest hours worked per week at 37.5. Minneapolis also ranks third best in the list for bike friendliness.
