Pao Houa Her Participates in Artist Talk for “Traces of Us” Exhibition

The Peter Blum Gallery is currently showcasing Traces of Us: Recent Photography, a compelling exhibition featuring the works of several artists, including Pao Houa Her ’09, who will join Rail Director of Programs for an in-depth conversation about their work, exploring themes of identity, memory, and cultural narratives in contemporary photography.

Among the featured artists, Her—a Hmong American photographer—brings a unique perspective through her exploration of landscape, portraiture, and documentary aesthetics. Her work delves into identity, longing, and belonging within Hmong diasporic communities.
