CL Martin '05 and David Quady '10 are set to unveil their collaborative exhibit, Pretty Open, inviting viewers to delve into the intricate narratives and identities depicted in Martin's mysterious figurative art and Quady's narrative-driven paintings.

Martin '05, a queer figurative artist, incorporates influences from history, psychology, and social constructs to portray enigmatic personalities through a fusion of contemporary and classic techniques. Meanwhile, Quady '10, currently pursuing his MFA at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, utilizes the human form as a narrative vessel, offering profound insights into emotional landscapes.

At the exhibit's opening reception, attendees can enjoy live music by violinist Alex Kauffman and explore artist pop-ups, offering a comprehensive immersion into the artistic perspectives of Martin and Quady.
