The exhibition presents hundreds of toys, games, posters, and media from Minnesota-based David Barnhill's private collection, estimated to contain over 200,000 items. Rueff and Barnhill founded SuperMonster市City! in 2014 to produce traveling museum exhibitions that both celebrate and examine pop culture. SuperMonster市City! exhibitions have been presented in cultural institutions to thousands of people across the United States.
