Selleck Announced as Photographer for Public Art Project

Christopher Selleck ‘16, MFA, is one of eight fine art portrait photographers featured in the 2023 season of the It's the People public art project, presented by the Hennepin Theatre Trust.

Currently in its fifth year, the project will run in tandem with the Minnesota Triennial Art Festival, with their work following the theme of "network of mutuality" to highlight the Minnesota art community's interconnectedness. The project will be set to launch this July.

Selleck utilizes sports and masculinity in his work to view identity, with his various projects from the last few years addressed to this topic. His works have been presented regionally and nationally, incorporating sound, video, printmaking, and sculpture work.
