June 14, 2023 Image Rebecca Soboti Meghann Ziler ’23, MA, and Alanna Stapleton ’18, MFA, are launching a new project that aims to bring people together through sewing. Shapeshift: A Quilt Library for Respite exists to create restful and honest moments of solidarity in a community connected by quilts. "We hope that Shapeshift continues the work of radical quiltmaking communities that came before us by giving quilts ongoing opportunities to nurture transformational change, within ourselves and our communities," they say on their website. Join Ziler, Stapleton, and members of the community for their next event taking place in the MCAD Library.
