Sara Suppan ‘15 currently has a painting in Together to Gather—a group exhibition examining the relationship between art, food, and the table.

Together to Gather features artwork from over twenty artists spanning over eight decades, including an archival pigment print by Pao Houa Her ‘09. The exhibition examines the role of the table as a space for gathering, human connection, and intimacy.

Suppan’s oil painting titled Fleurs balances figure and still life. Fleurs takes a unique perspective on the role of the table by dedicating the space to rest rather than to eat and socialize.
