Kasia Wasko ‘11, a seasoned UX Design Manager with over 15 years of experience, has moved from Amazon's Search and Conversational AI division to lead the design team at IMDb. Her transition aims to elevate user experiences in entertainment.

"In my time at Amazon, I've driven CX solutions for diverse projects, fostering trust and partnerships across teams," Kasia noted. At IMDb, she tackles evolving challenges post-pandemic Hollywood, emphasizing personalized user experiences.

Kasia values her team's passion and collaboration, promoting inclusivity shaped by her Polish heritage and multicultural upbringing. Outside work, she enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest's natural beauty.
