What is your leadership style, inclusive, collaborative or adaptive? What can we learn from nature and how can we apply those ideas and models to leadership? These are some of the many leadership models that will be explored in Creative Leadership, one of our MASD degree courses that are open to MCAD's continuing education students. It is a wonderful journey in discovering your personal leadership style. Small actions can make a big difference and create change as shown in this short video, “I will be a Hummingbird”, created by Dirt! The Movie.
