Art Studio: Winter Scenes for Ages 6-9 (in person)

Celebrate winter and all its beauty by creating a delightful snow-covered winter landscape.

Course description

The stillness of a winter landscape can evoke a sense of calm. Explore the winter season by creating drawings with icy colors, stripped down topography and long shadows. Use composition, value, and shape to create 2D artwork with pencils and oil pastels. Aesthetic inspiration could come from Claude Monet, Joshua Cunningham, and Bob Ross. / Materials fee of $6 included in course tuition.
