Minneapolis' own Kolman & Pryor Gallery in the famed Northrop King Building opened its first exhibition of the year, featuring the curatorial and multidisciplinary art works of five of our own! Worlding is "a bold foray into alternative realities that compels us to experience identity and culture, landscape and consumerism; and popular culture and technology with fresh eyes. Worlding brings together six artists working in diverse media who create work informed by their culturally specific perspectives." The exhibition is co-curated by MFA mentor and MCAD faculty member Kate Casanova, and features faculty member and member Andy DuCett, Andrea Carlson ’05, Preston Drum ’16, and Sarah Faye McPherson ’16. On view through tomorrow, February 18th, 2017. For more information: Kolman & Pryor gallery Kate Cassonova Andy Ducett Andrea Carlson Preston Drum Sarah Faye McPherson Categories All
