On April 11, Lee Noble '20 did a sound performance live on the Hair+NailsTV vimeo channel. From Noble's description of the event: "The Nightmare World turns on and we’ve got to keep ourselves busy with new content. Performance for tape loops / voice / modular synthy / Casio Sk1, in the blue blue installation by Sophia Chai." Noble is a musician, performer, and multi-disciplinary artist moving between sound, video, collage, and installation. HAIR + NAILS is a contemporary art gallery located in the Corcoran neighborhood of South Minneapolis, across from Chatterbox Pub and FUTURE. Owned and operated by artist/musician RYAN FONTAINE & dancer/choreographer/artist KRISTIN VAN LOON, who are dedicated to exhibiting compelling and thought provoking visual art and occasional performance with an emphasis on dance. Their hope is that H + N will play the evolving role of providing a space where new work, new ideas and new collaborations are sparked and are able to flourish.
