10 August 2019 saw the opening of the Limitless Spaces exhibition at the MCAD MFA gallery. Curated by Zoe Cinel and Shirin Ghoraishi, the show intended to ask thoughtful questions about space, such as, 'How do we imagine new digital worlds where the rules of physics are subverted?' and 'How do we bring the experience of the physical reality into a limitless space?' The exhibition featured artists working with 3D scanning, 3D modelling technologies, VR, AR and interactive digital media. According to the curators, "This exhibition shows us the present, the future and the possibilities of how we inhabit these new spaces that are frameless yet they are accessed through a screen."
