Made at MCAD is the annual juried exhibition featuring the best work submitted by current MCAD graduate and undergraduate students pursuing degrees in design, fine arts, media arts, and entrepreneurial studies. Of the 63 artists in the show, 23 of them were MFA students including: Rachel Jennings, Bianca Jarvis, Joel Terry, Jesse R. Lentz, Essma Imady, Joe Letchford, Michaela Chorn, Liza Dorsey, Kayla Campbell, Dana Kristine Cheit, Alex Mitchell, Xiaohan Ma, Katie Lupton, Shiraz Mukarram, Suyao Tian, Dan Romanoski, Anna Leigh Biedenbender, Eric Yevak, Chelsea Reeck, Leslie Barlow, Cong Hu, Curly Jefferson and Christopher Selleck. The 2016 show was juried by Tricia Khutoretsky, director and curator, of Public Functionary and Ryan Gerald Nelson (BFA '07) senior graphic designer, at the Walker Art Center. 2016 MFA candidate, Preston Drum & the Hit Pause, DJed during the opening reception on Friday, March 25th.
