In a Pop-Up Exhibition on October 5th, MFA students: Adam Hamilton, Trevor Knott, Alissa McCourt, and Sreekishen Nair, participated in a group show for the Fall Art Tour. The MCAD students presented a mini-themed show amongst the other participating artists named "Larval". The work centered around notions of physical transformation and spiritual evolution, creating sculptural installations with characteristics of organic natural materials, contrasted by cold mechanical objects. The various representations of the larval state created a unique and immersive experience in an unconventional setting. Only open for a single day, the public came to experience the work... and poof, it was gone like the transformational theme itself. Categories All
