MCAD Alumni and Minnesota Exhibition Program (MAEP) artist Roshan Ganu ’20 will be giving an artist talk at the Pillsbury Auditorium at the Minneapolis Institute of Art (MIA) on February 6. The talk is part of MAEP, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year in 2025. As a multimedia artist, she will be discussing how her art seeks to discuss accessibility, culture, and history, as well as the power of art as inspiration to viewers.

In her exhibit रातराणी:The Night Blooming Jasmine, currently on display at the Minneapolis Institute of Art, she uses slanted mirrors to reflect her massive paintings and the collaged videos playing throughout her exhibits. Ganu’s body of work creates an immersive and fully encompassing experience for viewers.
