Pioneers of change, let your story be told Entries for the AIGA (Re)design Awards are due June 14! Be recognized for your commitment to sustainable design, and inspire others by example! Enter the AIGA (Re)design Awards competition, an international graphic design and visual communications competition celebrating the most influential projects that advocate for strong communities, sustainable environments and thriving economies.There are student and professional categories, so enter a class project and/or something you've done in your professional work. Eligible projects include print, packaging, advertising, web and multi-media projects completed within the past two years. Visit the “How to Enter” page for more details on eligibility, entry fees and rules.All levels of sustainable and socially-responsible design projects are welcome--even small considerations can make a big difference. Design submissions will be judged on overall craftsmanship, creativity, and effectiveness in considering environmental, economic, social and cultural impacts--in keeping with The Living Principles for Design. The winners will be selected by an esteemed panel of jurors, who are committed practitioners of sustainable and socially-responsible design. (One is MCAD's very own Holly Robbins!) Winners will be announced at the (Re)design Awards Show in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on October 10, 2013.
